I got the best haircut I've had in years!! Thank you Jenisa!! I visited this salon for my first time yesterday, and i'm so glad I did! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, welcoming me immediately when I walked in and asking if I wanted a refreshment while I waited and was seen promptly at my appointment time! I hadn't had a haircut in a while so my hair was definitely a project and Jenisa met my every request and then some! I highly recommend this salon and I highly recommend Jenisa!

I am very dissapointed with the customer. Service. I was told by my stylist to buy a specific shampoo and conditioner. She said don't worry if you don't like it you can return it. WRONG!!!.They would not take back the shampoo which caused terrible itching to my scalp.. They said I waited more than a month to return it. After I bought the shampoo,I got married, ,then I was terribly sick for weeks. It was less than 60 days when I finally got a chance to return it. Anyways, I will never ever go back. I can't trust them . They have lost me as a customer for good. I will only go to a business that treats me fairly. So watch out,don't fall for their recommendations of products you can't return if you don't like them.
