Amazing atmosphere! Very updated and high tech. Projection tv's at end of lanes allowed football fans to watch the game and stay engaged with the family. Beautiful flat panel tv's for scoring. Comfy couches. Game room that Dave & Busters would be impressed with. Large bar/restaurant looked like it would be a fun time. Was our first time here and WILL be back soon
There is large area for parking. The staff was very helpful. The lanes are excellent condition. Bar and cafe has been expanded. Over all had great time I recommend it.
Loved this place! So clean and comfortable. Lanes are great and personnel are friendly and attentive. Love that they have separate area with big screen TV for games too!
If I could put no stars, I would. My sibling called me in tears after being screamed at by the manager and kicked out for no reason. The manager "Diana" (she did not give her real name and used another managers name who was on vacation at the time) kicked out my sister and brother-in-law and their friends because THEIR machines were malfunctioning and when my brother-in-law went to show her, she started clapping in his face saying "I'm not giving you a refund" when all they wanted was for her to reset the pins. When she kicked them out for no reason other than her ego may have been hurt, she walked up to my sibling and said the reason she kicked them out is because my brother-in-law walked up to her and said "your man called me a b***h when he walked up to me". He would NEVER speak to a woman or anyone like that. He has been in the military for 7 years, deployed countless times and has NEVER even raised his voice to my sister, let alone a random woman at a bowling alley. I am appalled by the incompetence and audacity this woman has to treat customers like this. If management likes losing customers and bad reviews, I suggest keeping her around then. If not, the least they should do is fire her.
It's disappointing to see some of the responses from the owner on the negative reviews however that is not how his staff feels! They may have a no loitering policy which clearly has not been posted on any exterior door yet it's in some manual that his staff probably can not even read! I'm grateful to say that my daughter is amongst a good group of kids! An officer even stated that her friends and her were being respectful as well as they weren't misbehaving! These kids were kicked off the property to wait by the street at 1030 at night! 14 and 15 year old kids because they had not spent the minimum amount in order to be there! Unsafe! Unprofessional! It was interesting to see the arcade was extremely nice and set up for kids there age to have fun and have a safe place to go! I like to know that my daughter and her friends will be safe in any establishment that they will go however Strike City is NOT that place! Instead, they kick your kids to the curb without a 2nd thought! Did I mention that the officer on site stated that this group of kids were being respectful? It's really a shame Strike City! I was actually impressed with your entire establishment but your staff needs an overhaul!
