Love it. Lived here two years already. Clean and quiet.

Have lived here three years, quiet, lots of scenery, safe, clean. Beach and good fishing nearby.

Property was one big mud hole last year doesn't drain properly. Some dogs are allowed to run off leash while others are told to leash theirs. Bugs will eat you alive. Owner allows relatives to drink, party, and walk around with loaded guns to hunt adjoining property without owners permission. None of these issues have been addressed.

It is a very quiet RV Park with great fishing only 1 mile away Inshore Grouper, Red-Fish, Snook, Big Trout, Cobia and more... If you like relaxing and good company or great fishing very close this is a great place to stay with family... Soon to be Captain for those who are interested in catching some of these Fish!!!

Quiet and peaceful... Great scenery and very close to the Gulf of Mexico...
