This is the third new vehicle I've bought from Flammer Ford and as usual the entire staff was friendly, accommodating and professional. They went out of their way to find and apply all discounts and promotions without being asked to. Service Department is always great to deal with. From oil changes to product recall (if necessary). Always consults with customers before any additional service is performed. Very friendly staff and nice waiting room. Pick up and drop off service if you don't want to wait at dealership.

It took 27 days for them to re- repair a F350 of mine. I got several different stories of why it was taking so long. When they got it done, I find their test drives have consumed 25 gallons of my fuel, leaving the Low Fuel Light illuminated. The after market radio I installed, and was working prior to service was dead as well. If that isn't bad enough the mechanic gave me attitude because I expected the job to be done right. The service advisor stood there like a statue as the mechanic and I argued. I filled up the fuel tank and found the radio fuse to be blown (which I replaced). Steer clear if you want your vehicle repaired correctly and in a timely manner.
