They really took care of me the last 2 times that I have been there. They had trouble dealing with the insurance that I had and they were so kind and worked with me. they were SO FAST and the owner and his daughter are AMAZING! I would never let anyone touch my vehicles now that I have found them! Even the mechanics are so kind and helpful and knowledgeable. They have all the technology needed! GREAT PLACE! Thank you!!!!

So it is a pleasure to visit Harold's Auto Center as Dana and his employees are so very polite and helpfull. My wife and I take both our Dodge Caravans there for service and repairs. The repairs have always been done correctly the first time and at a very reasonable price. We have complete confidence in this auto repair shop and would recommend them to anyone that asks.
Run far far away. Don't let them take your car. The only woman who works there told us our car had been picked up by the insurance company. We never gave them permission to release our car to anyone. Two weeks and a thousand dollars later, she said she never told us that and claims we gave her oral permission to release our car to the insurance company. Oh yes, she lied so we could rack up a nice bill with them. Our car was not picked up until almost a week after she told us. Seedy, seedy people and I would not trust them for anything.
All you gals that have gotten ripped off in the past. This is the place to go and you will want to recommend their services to everyone you know. Fair prices and only the needed repairs are done.
