I went to this Best Buy because their website said they had in stock a PC bundle. However, the website was wrong. Nonetheless the staff at this Best buy bent over backwards accommodating me. They offered me multiple ideas on how to get my items as soon as possible and I was able to walk out with the PC I wanted, and the bundled items shipped to my home. I'm extremely satisfied with my experience here and it goes to show if you're kind and patient with retail workers they will do whatever they can to help you.

Just drive to the Pasco one, it's strangely better. It seems people have lots of weird problems at this location.

Received email stating my phone is ready, called to confirm, no one answers phones @ 1020 this morning So I drove to store and wasted gas and time to find out oops it's not ready and sorry. Why didn't someone call or send out an email to prevent people from wasting time and gas.. 40 minutes of gas and time wasted.. Store Manager in a interview and not available, poor customer handling.. it's unfortunate Best buy doesn't have competition, this forced stores to be competitive and have higher standards for customer service..

I got really passed at that point. Being 28 and treated like some shady local teen. Really just puts you in a bad mood for the rest of the night being treated like that.

Then I noticed a lot of people hanging around me, which I don't like but I ignored it. Then the guy came back and asked if I needed any help. I was confused and just have a no. Then he said someone told him to come over and check on me because they thought I was unboxing things or messing around.

Was told they (the store personnel) could care less if I remaindes a customer or not. Manager echoed the same sentiments. Nice!!!! Last time I go there. I’ll take more of my local business on line moving forward.

I used to go to this location pretty frequently, however tonight I had an experience that pissed me off. I go to the store knowing what I want or I look for reviews online. A guy politely asked if I needed help and I said no thanks, pretty friendly.
