Did you not see the email I sent to you a couple of days ago? I was not happy with the order. See the picture of dead flowers I attached with the email. This arrangement was not worth $109. To preserve your reputation at Heritage Pines, I hope you will agree and refund part of the cost to me.
I have ordered 3 times... First two went well as the delivery location was in Spring Hill. The latest ordered was not send as the delivery location was in Tampa... If this is an out of service area then the website should tell that and not let the order through... I wasted the day and missed the event I had planned for as the order went through and my card was charged... Later to be refunded... Not happy!!!
