When my husband with back he was told that they did not have any in stock. When he asked why they didn't tell us that when we're paying for the tile? The of course had no answer. That stinks!
I shop here often for all sorts of items ( tools, plants, lumber, household goods, etc.) Most employees are friendly, but not overly outgoing to see if you need help. Overall I enjoy shopping here.
So disappointed in Lowes.
The nice friendly help is gone, sadly replaced by people who apparently dont care about anything but when is quitting time. The good news is I found happy nice people across the highway .

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, well stocked. Their paint staff are second to none! You must go see the cat that lives there. Cali is her name, and the employees take great care of her. You can often see her in the paint area where her food and water are kept. Home depot surely does not adopt stays like that. Way to go Lowes!
We went to Lowe's roday, and thought we bought the tile. It was on sale for$ 1.99 item # 782439 we arranged to pick It up within two hours.
I even talked to a man in the flooring area and he didn't say anything either.
It's nice to have a large store with great employees that care about there customers
There was cases of the tile on the shelf so we thought they had or stock.
