The owners were extremely pleasant and I just happened to find the perfect gift for my future daughter in law. A gold bird pin that they altered into a beautiful necklace. I am always greeted by a friendly man who does more than fair business with me. I have had 3 different items that were rejected for pawn or collateral token at red dog pawn shop , that were accepted by the owner and or manager of the store.
