Purchased some jewelry here at great price. When my jewelry clasp broke, I took it in and they fixed it in just a few minutes at no charge. They are one of the good guys!!

Worst experience of my life. Brought in a brand new Michael Kors watch for them to take out links. First time I wore the watch after the links had been taken out the watch fell off my wrist and I almost lost it. When I went back to the store for the watch to be fixed the staff was very rude, no apology for the inconvenience and poor quality services. When I asked for a refund and the owner slammed the watch box on the table and yelled GOODBYE in my face. Would never recommend anyone to go here.
They fixed 3 watches while we waited for a very reasonable price.
