Great place! The owner is very nice. You actually feel like a very valued customer! They ask when you need it, and will have it done on time!
I liked the guy who runs the place. He is a very nice guy and works hard. I am very pleased with the work he did for me, I wish him success.
I bought my son a 40$ dollar pair of pants from JC penny that we intended to use for one day for his Baptism. I brought them here to get hemmed because they were close to home. They completely ruined the pants. I called the manager not because I wanted a refund but to make him aware that he did a poor job hemming the pants. Not only did he not apologize but he acted like he did me a favor and charged me 10 dollars to do so. He said that he didn't cut the fabric before hemming them so that my son could grow into them.I did not request that or want that. You can see the stitching through the pants and all the fabric that was left on it. I strongly urge you to not go to this shop if you don't wish for your pants to be ruined. Clearly they are unskilled. Also, if you end up with any issues not only will they not be unapologetic but entirely arrogant. They are not professionals in their craft and their customer service is lacking in the lease. I write this review only to help prevent other consumers to have to go through the same experience I did. I could of done what he did in ten minutes and saved myself the money, gas, time and frustration.
I was most impressed when I called them and described my cleaning needs and asked when they would be ready, he asked me when I needed them! Everywhere else told me the earliest I could have them, but not Spring Hill Cleaners! They go by my schedule and that is so wonderful. I highly recommend their service.
