I used them to move 2 hours away. This is the first time I've used professional movers. When you call the number, you talk to a helpful human. They immediately gave me a hassle-free quote, with zero sales push. Friendly crew, they showed up on time, and were very accommodating to various issues and needs that I had, even offering to go above and beyond to accommodate the issues that came up. The price was also great for the distance traveled and work they did.
All I did was call. The woman who answered the phone sounded like I woke her up, it's 2 in the afternoon. She couldn't give me a quote, said she could get someone out here to look at how much I had. Wouldn't let me tell her anything about the few things I had to move or where I was moving from/to. Terrible experience just trying to get a quote.

She kept saying she didn't understand what I was saying, and when I was practically yelling, and she "still didn't hear the second part", i just gave up and hung up. My advice, hire someone to answer the phones.
