Just returned from picking up my LG bacon cheeseburger pizza... order of 16 wings and a medium extra cheese pizza.always loved HH but hadn't had in years.extremely disgusted and disappointed to say the least.no mozzarella cheese on the bcb pizza as say it would.the wings tasted good but soooo tiny.double cheese pizza....eh.both boxes bottoms we're soaked with grease.wish I could post a picture here.never ever again.the bcb was by the worst.extremely lame.was suggested to me to just call corporate

Ordered a large pizza and wings, it took over an hour and a half to get here ( due to the delivery guy dropping the previous customers pizza at their house , then returning to get them a new pizza THEN stopping at our house ) the pizza and wings were both cold AND undercooked . When I called back I was told I could not get a refund because I paid in cash but that they would give me a 30$ store credit . When I called to use my store credit I was told they had no record of any store credit. I was told they would not be honoring the store credit and when I told them I would be speaking with the owner or leaving a complaint the general manager 'Anna' hung up on me . Great customer service .
The last time I ordered from here was when the manager, Anna, was working and I refused to order from here again. This evening, my kids kept begging me for Hungry Howies and I dreaded ordering; but, the lady who answered the phone was energetic and sounded welcoming, the pizzas were made beautifully, and the front counter lady, Mia, was also very welcoming and kind. She let me know that the business was under new management and things are starting to improve greatly. I will now start ordering from here more often!! :)

I just ordered a bunch of food from hungry howies and kayci m who took my order and brought me my food was so nice and helpful. I told her what happened last time when I ordered a sub I got nothing really on It.. thanks to Kayci this time my sub was full of everything
Wish I could give them a big fat zero of a star. Worst service of any food industry I have ever had. You can call for a pizza and ask for it to be delivered, however you will never get the pizza. Two hours, 3 calls, one hang up, and two... it just left. We live a mile away. Thanks for nothing. Do yourself a favor and pick a different pizza place.
