My husband, daughter and I had a great experience at rookies today, our server Teresa and the rest of the staff were wonderful! Foods always good and we have a great time every time we come here!!! Game tablets for the kids and a arcade, fun for the whole family!!
After hurricane Irma alot of restaurants were closed, but Rookie's was open. the place was packed! We had a great waitress (Katie) who brought crayons and games for my 2 girls. The food and drinks we're great. I will definitely return to Rookie's! Everyone was friendly and nice. It's a fun place for adults and children alike. There is a bar and a small game area . I also love that the touch screen game tablets were free. Such a great atmosphere! I definitely recommend trying Rookie's!
I only had an hour lunch the service was great and quick. The food was delicious!
I can only review the bar staff. Sherry the day bartender is on point never a dry glass in the place. It's hard to find a good bartender these days. The girls that work the football games also amazing.....don't know how they handle the crowds but the bill is always spot on.
Horrible/slow service
We visited your place for the first time(and probably last) yesterday about 1pm. The service was HORRIBLE! You need a hostess during your peak times. Not just someone standing around near kitchen(looked like owner or manager) hoping to see people. You only had 2 waitresses working the entire side. Therefore service got neglected. Order took forever to be taken, no utensils, refills were far and between. We sat almost 15 mins waiting for check and leftover boxes. Just a few things I think needed to be brought to your attention.
