Pizza can be very good or very poor. They are consistently inconsistent. Prices used to be good however now are high. The place itself looks dirty and not well maintained.
We used to order from Village Pizza often. Lately, the food is just awful. I wonder what happened. I'm very specific when I order. Something is wrong EVERY time now. The sub buns have bad texture and taste bad. The Village Pizza of the past would deliver fresh subs with really fresh buns. When I asked for plain spaghetti with no sauce, they brought me spaghetti loaded with sauce. The Italian subs used to have tomatoes and onions along with meat and cheese. Tonight, stale bun with meat and cheese. Yuck! Maybe new owners? When I used to call, they would know my address. Now, I have to spell the name of my street twice for them. I ask for an anti pasta salad with no olives, it comes loaded with olives. So much noise in the background when I'm placing my order that I have to repeat myself several times. They seem frustrated and in a hurry to get my order and get me off the phone. Is that it? Is that it? Should not be in their vocabulary. What else would you like?should replace that. I want the old Village Pizza back!
Excellent food and customer service especially from Joey. He knows what he is doing. I would recommend village to everyone!
Tried it twice and liked the Pizza. Ordered tonight and they said 1 hour. I called after 2 hours and they said it's on the way. After 2 1/2 hours I called saying this is unacceptable. Instead of apologizing or offering to make it better, the rude girl says "so you want to cancel" I said no, I wanted a pizza but I guess that's not in your realm of working it out. NEVER going to go back and will continue to share how rude they are! Don't frustrate yourself. Call Chef of Napoli!
I've lived here for over 20 years. The food is delicious! They have never gotten one of our orders wrong. We mainly order pizza every week. Hot, fresh and delicious. They have been here 24 years! They must be doing something right!!! GREAT FOOD!!!
